Nicole Owings-Fonner is the Director of Operations and Innovation at the American Psychological Association (APA). Ms. Owings-Fonner leads initiatives around APA’s contributions to practice innovation and the promotion of routine measurement in the provision of psychological services. She is the author of Let’s Get Technical, a quarterly column reviewing the latest apps and tools for practicing psychologists. Ms. Owings-Fonner has more than 15 years of experience in psychology, research, and dissemination, and currently serves on the Digital Therapeutics Alliance’s Clinician Advisory Group. Ms. Owings-Fonner holds a BS in psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and an MA in clinical psychology from George Mason University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional® in good standing with the Project Management Institute.
